The Area - High Country - Beech Mountain NCSki ResortAtop Beech Mountain North Carolina is the highest ski area in Eastern America, Ski Beech North Carolina. Beech Mountain Ski Resort is a huge winter attraction and during the months of December through March, the snow guns are blasting at Beech Mountain Ski Area. Beech Mountain Ski Resort has 15 slopes and a vertical rise of 830 feet. Skiers and boarders love the awe-inspiring views that can be seen from atop the 5,506 foot mountain. A great deal of the Beech Mountain Lodging in the area is Beech Mt Ski in Ski Out Lodging in Beech Mountain Cabin Rentals that are located right along some of the best slopes on the mountain. In addition to the great Beech Mountain Skiing and Beech Mountain Snowboarding, Beech Mountain Ski Area also has a 7,000-square-foot outdoor ice skating rink right in the heart of the Beech Tree Village where you will find the resort's restaurants, sport shops, rental shop, and other amenities. Visitors to Beech Mtn Ski Resort can also enjoy the resort's two terrain parks and great tubing area.
